3. Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from KittyKind ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights.

1. Orders. You'll receive an email confirming your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or there's a pricing error), in which case we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

3. Products. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes may vary slightly. Pet products should be used as intended and under supervision, especially toys with small parts.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Cancellations and returns. See our Refund Policy, which follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Discount codes. Codes can't be exchanged for cash, are one use per customer unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

8. Your information. We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

9. Changes. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
