Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return address.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Unless the item is faulty, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. You're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement within 6 months, and we'll cover any return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we've received your return (or proof you've sent it), we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. For cancellations, this includes the standard delivery charge you originally paid.
